We seek a dedicated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team and provide comprehensive financial planning services to our clients. As a Financial Planner, you will be crucial in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal financial advice, focusing on retirement planning, superannuation advice, personal finances, budgeting and insurance.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislative and licensing standards and guidelines.
  • Provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial future.
  • Develop personalised financial plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals, encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning and risk management.
  • Assess and address potential risks impacting clients’ financial security, such as insurance coverage and emergency funds.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments of clients’ current financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities and financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reviews of financial plans to adjust to changing circumstances.
  • Stay up to date with financial market trends, economic conditions and legislative changes that may affect clients’ financial plans.

About you. You will:

  • Have proven experience offering comprehensive financial planning advice
  • Have a solid commitment to ethical practices
  • Be experienced in delivering compliant, ethical and productive personal financial advice
  • Be proficient in offering superannuation advice, particularly in retirement planning
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a small high-performing team
  • Meet FASEA education standards and listed as current on the ASIC Financial Register
  • Be willing to continue learning, be part of a nurturing environment, and have the necessary personal skills to invest time and knowledge into your clients and colleagues.
