When you telephone the office of Step Up Financial Group, chances are you’ll be attended to by Receptionist, Julie Kidson, who is the friendly voice over the phone.
Julie’s responsibilities include most aspects of office administration, an important job that ensures the client service team has everything they need, and that the office itself runs as efficiently as possible.
Julie’s background in real estate sales/property management, means that she has excellent communication and customer service skills and she is very organised, which is a bonus in making sure the day-to-day aspects of the business run smoothly.
“I enjoy the variety of tasks, and I’m learning so much in this role,” says Julie. “I love interacting with the team and helping clients.”
