Stephanie has been working in the Financial Planning Industry for 6 years.
She joined Step Up Financial Group in 2019 in an administration support role, and has recently moved into the role of Paraplanner, researching, modelling and preparing financial options and plans for clients.
Stephanie has extensive experience in audit, compliance and program development within the Community Services and Employment Services sectors and has managed teams of staff to achieve their potential and meet targets.
Steph has a Bachelor of Business and Human Resource Management along with a Diploma in Community Services Coordination.
Having worked her way up to Paraplanner, Steph has a very solid understanding of the Step Up business, and has worked with many clients previously, one way or another.
She is enjoying the responsibilities of the Paraplanner role, and working closely with clients to support them to achieve their financial goals and future aspirations.
