Client Service Specialist
Helping people to improve their financial situation is what Zoe Adams-Sutherland loves most about her role with Step Up Financial Group.
Zoe recently moved to Bathurst from Sydney and joined Step Up in 2019.
She has more than 25 years of experience and knowledge, gained through building a career in the financial planning industry.
She has held several senior positions, worked with clients, managed teams and helped organisations to understand and meet their legislative and compliance obligations.
“Zoe is a trusted pair of hands and can pick up responsibilities, as needed,” explains Julie Nipperess. “Her breadth and depth of experience is an asset to both the client service team and to the business as it grows”
Primarily Zoe works with clients to help them to implement their financial plans.
“I’m enjoying the variety of the role,” says Zoe. “There are great rewards in seeing people take control of their finances, moving from stress to certainty and putting plans in place for a secure future.”
Zoe is currently completing a Masters Degree in Financial Planning. Now, and for the foreseeable future, Zoe is making Bathurst home and she is enjoying the ‘tree change’ the fresh air, expansive countryside and the bush.
“I love to go for long bush walks and get out in nature to recharge. This is definitely a nice change of pace from hectic city life.”
