Client Services Specialist Cindy Carnie started her career at one of the big banks, and worked her way up through the ranks over 23 years. She’s the kind of person who gets excited when she talks about money, and feels passionately about teaching young ones the value of money.

Kim Bryant is a senior financial planner at Step Up. She brings an impressive 25 years of financial experience to her clients. Her journey began with her own business, followed by a successful tenure in the banking industry.

With a solid background in managing small businesses, Michael has a passion for small and micro businesses and is committed to understanding the unique issues they face.

As Implementation Manager, Ricky develops processes to introduce new programs and systems to help our team function more efficiently and effectively.

Toby Beels is the implementation manager. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector Toby is a significant asset to the Step Up team.
